The 18-hole Island Adventures Golf Course at Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park in Kapolei will open Friday with a benefit for the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Hawaii.

The mini-course will open to the public at 11 a.m., with a portion of the proceeds that day benefitting the association.

A public celebration of the opening will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. and will include keiki festivities and games.

Kama'aina cost of playing is $9.50 for adults and $8 for children, seniors and groups of 15 or more. A "replay" round is $8 for adults and $7 for children, seniors and groups. On weekends and holidays, everyone pays $8.50 a round.
