Fitch Ratings said it is affirming all of its credit ratings for Honolulu-based Central Pacific Financial Corp. given the bank holding company's stable earnings performance and sound financial profile.
It said Central Pacific's ratings outlook is stable, though it noted concerns including limited earnings diversity and a cease-and-desist order related to Bank Secrecy Act issues placed on it by the FDIC.
