TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE
"Basketball," 10:30 a.m., CBS. Now the NCAA tournament is getting serious. This doubleheader will decide half of the teams in next weekend's final four; the other half will be decided tomorrow.
"Special Investigations Unit: Grady's Anatomy," 2 p.m., CNN; repeats at 5 and 8 p.m., plus same times tomorrow, unless pre-empted by breaking news. "Grey's Anatomy," the ABC medical show, might seem like pure fiction, with its telegenic doctors who have quirky lives. Still, this documentary finds similar people in Atlanta at Grady Memorial Hospital. That's where Dr. Sanjay Gupta (CNN's medical correspondent) works. Dr. Andrea Meinerz is a super-cute redhead who spends her spare time playing poker. Dr. Nii-Daako Darko, the son of immigrants from Ghana, grew up in a tough Newark neighborhood. Dr. Robin Lowman is a doctor's daughter who sang off-Broadway. Dr. Luis Tumialan is a tough former Navy diver who does delicate brain surgery. All have been thrown into a world of 30-hour shifts, occasional triumphs and frequent tragedies.
