The county's Ka Leo O Kaua'i community meeting program will celebrate its fourth year from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the Kaua'i War Memorial Convention Hall.

Ka Leo holds regular community meetings islandwide to gather information on community needs.

The program tonight will honor those who have been active in the effort.

"They planted the seeds and helped bring a number of projects to fruition that has benefited the community," said community response specialist Catherine Stovall.
