Mililani junior Colin Lund switched from defender to forward this season and was rewarded by being picked as the O'ahu Interscholastic Association West Player of the Year.
Lund was second in the West with 13 goals scored.
"He's a great competitor; he plays hard the whole game and never quits," said Leilehua's Carl Friedl, who was named Coach of the Year. "He hits the ball well with both feet."
Lund and defender Sean Piano were the Trojans' picks to the first team.
West champ Leilehua placed forward Syd Tom, midfielders Charlie Pregoner and Ryan Wert, and defender Jacob Sego.
Kapolei placed defender RJ Aglulub, forward Keoki Haole and midfielder Curtis Kiyabu, who led the division with 16 goals. Pearl City midfielder Ikaika Makue, 'Aiea defender Mason Puckett and Campbell goalkeeper Layton Gomez also made the first team.
Haole, Tom, Kiyabu and Puckett are repeat first-teamers.
