Gyotaku to take Swiss Haus site

Gyotaku Japanese Restaurant will open its third location, in Niu Valley Shopping Center, in July.
It will open in the 3,600-square-foot space formerly occupied by The Swiss Haus.
This restaurant will be smaller than the company's two other locations — Mo'ili'ili and Waimalu — with 140 seats.
The menu will remain the same, focusing on contemporary sushi rolls and featuring a larger wine and sake selection, said president and co-owner Tom Jones.
Gyotaku earned the 2006 'Ilima People's Choice Award for best ethnic restaurant.
