WILLIAM "BILL" PORTER HEAD JR., 73, of Honolulu, died June 1, 2007. Born in Bessemer, Ala. Retired Kalaheo High School counselor. U.S. Marine Corps Korean War veteran; recipient of the Purple Heart.
