Charles Feelgood, the force behind Baltimore and Washington, D.C.'s 1990s house music scene, lives in Los Angeles now. So it's a quick flight for him to play Lotus Soundbar this weekend. If you know his mix CDs such as "Across America" and "House Music," you'll know his sets jump from tech house to a cappella tracks to crazy bootleg surprises. Says Feelgood: "I just want to do what the name implies."
