Royal Lahaina remodeling: The Royal Lahaina Resort has completed a $30 million remodeling of its 12-story Lahaina Kai Tower, the first phase of a major renovation to include 125 villas, free-standing spa, pool, children's center and eateries including an open-air beachfront Don the Beachcomber restaurant.
