Niu Estates — the homes on the east side of Niu Valley — will hold its annual garage sale from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

Stop at one home and receive a map to the other homes' garage sales.

Items include household goods, clothing, furniture and electronics.

Each homeowner pays a $10 fee to participate in the garage sale that has been going on for about 20 years. The fees benefit the Niu Estates Community Association.

Niu Valley resident Bill Paul, who paints over graffiti, asks that residents not tape signs to electrical boxes because it takes off the paint.
