The Hawaii 2050 Sustainability Plan and Ka'ahumanu Street one-hour parking will be among the topics discussed Monday at the 'Aiea Neighborhood Board meeting.

The meeting will be at 7:30 p.m. in the 'Aiea Public Library conference room.
