CHRISTIE OCLARAY, hired as vice president-administration/human resources, will direct this portion of AUW's Asset Management Group, which includes human resources, general administrative services and building services.
She also will prepare and administer her area's annual budget and work plan and help the president with strategic projects and planning initiatives.
BRETT KERR, hired as assistant vice president-campaign, will help operate the annual fundraising campaign and will analyze and put into effect key fundraising procedures.
MELANIE KAAIHUE, promoted to assistant vice president-Combined Federal Campaign. Formerly general assistant responsible for maintaining administrative services, she will analyze, organize and put into effect strategies and processes that pertain to the annual CFC fundraising campaign, and will also teach volunteers campaign procedures.
CHRISTIE MIYASATO, hired as general services assistant, will provide general services in the administration/human resources technical area, including mailroom and copy room operations and maintenance of records of all office supplies and equipment orders.
He is former assistant controller for Sony Hawaii.
Also announced was the hiring of MICHELLE POND as account coordinator of its corporate and public affairs division; and RACHEL PATRICK as account coordinator of its travel marketing and promotions division.
JENNIE OHTA, vice president, Wealth Management Division, responsible for trust accounts.
JASON HARUKI, assistant vice president and investment officer, Wealth Management Division.
BRIAN MORIKI, assistant vice president and manager, Records Management Department, ensuring legal compliance.
DARNETTE PAAKAULA, assistant vice president and service manager, Pearlridge Branch, responsible for branch operations and staff management.
BARD PETERSON, assistant vice president and business banking officer, Kahului Branch; managing commercial banking products and services and supervising branch staff.
DEREK TANGA, reporting manager, Controller's Division, managing and preparing the annual budget and regulatory reports.
ROBIN KANESHIRO, vice president and senior business banking officer, assisting clients with financing, expansion, operations and personal financial needs.
DAVID KIMURA, vice president and investment consultant for the bank's Central Pacific Investment Services. He has more than eight years experience as a licensed financial adviser.
S. GLENN COFFEY, Lahaina Branch manager. He is a 30-year veteran of the banking industry.
DEAN YOSHIDA, Beretania Branch manager. He has 28 years of managerial experience, with 19 years of experience in the financial industry.
CHRISTOPHER FROST, business banking officer responsible for servicing the needs of small-business clients.
