Fly to Oakland on ATA for $119

ATA Airlines Inc. is offering air fares as low as $119 one way to Oakland as part of its "2007 Takeoff Sale."

The promotion also features flights to Los Angeles for as low as $129 one way and Las Vegas for $179, not including federal taxes and security fees.

The tickets must be purchased seven days in advance of flights and travel must be completed by March 7, 2007. People holding the tickets cannot use them between Feb. 7 and 20.


SBA OFFERING FREE ADVICE

The Small Business Administration has scheduled a series of free consultations to help small-business owners on O'ahu, Kaua'i and the Big Island.

The meetings will be held:

  • Jan. 18, at the Lihu'e branch of Central Pacific Bank, 4364 Rice St., Lihu'e.

  • Jan. 31 at the Waikamilo branch of Bank of Hawaii, 1617 Dillingham Blvd., Honolulu.

  • Feb. 6 at the Hawaii Island Chamber of Commerce, 106 Kamehameha Ave., Hilo.

    A&B, MATSON RESHUFFLE CREDIT

    Alexander & Baldwin Inc. and its subsidiary, Matson Navigation, have lined up $325 million in new financing through a consortium of banks that include First Hawaiian, American Savings Bank and Bank of Hawaii.

    The Honolulu-based A&B said it got a revolving credit facility of $225 million, while Matson's credit agreement was for $100 million, according to a filing at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
