GOING VEGAS
Caesars set to unveil its Pussycat pit

By Anthony Curtis

Caesars Palace will soon follow in the footsteps of the Palms' Playboy Club with a sexy Pussycat Dolls Casino. The new gaming area is to open this month, directly across from the Pussycat Dolls Lounge inside PURE nightclub. The themed pit will feature a range of "sexy" slot machines, plus blackjack, crap and roulette tables (including some with legs adorned in fishnet tights and stilettos).

'PRODUCERS'/'SPAMALOT'

"The Producers" debuted at Paris Las Vegas last week for "previews." David Hasselhoff stars; tickets are priced at $75.50 to $143.50. Monty Python's "Spamalot" at Wynn Las Vegas is set to open March 8, with previews running through March 30. John O'Hurley stars. Ticket prices of $49, $69, $89, and $99 will be discounted 25 percent during the previews.

Q. What's a bad-beat jackpot?

A. It's a jackpot for poker players that pays the loser (and others) when someone loses with a great hand. For example, the bad-beat-jackpot record of $458,978 was recently set at Red Rock Resort when a player with four aces was beaten by a player with a straight flush. The winner got $30,629, the loser got $45,629, and everyone playing in any Station Casinos' poker room got $629.
