The Big Island's Waimea community celebrates the season with its annual Cherry Blossom Heritage Festival, full of Japanese and multicultural performing arts, cooking demonstrations, craft fairs and farmers' market, food booths, keiki activities and entertainment, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at Church Row Park and Parker Ranch.
