The state Department of Transportation is advising O'ahu motorists to be aware of single-lane closures on Farrington Highway between Kaukonahua Road and Keana Point in Waialua in both directions next week on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

The lanes will be closed for striping and pavement marking installations.

Motorists are asked to use caution while driving through the work area and to allow for additional travel time. The work is being done on a weather-permitting basis, according to the DOT.
