Mesa Air Group Inc., the parent of go! airline, said it has delayed the filing of its financial results until Jan. 15.

In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Phoenix-based Mesa said it will delay its financials for the year ending Sept. 30 to review "certain estimates and reserves that may affect the financial statements."

Mesa officials previously said the airline expects to post a loss for the fiscal year.
