The 23rd Annual Live and Let Live program has set up car-crash displays in Ma'ili, Nanakuli, Kapolei and 'Ewa as reminders to motorists to not drink and drive during the holiday season.

Other activities include sign-waving by volunteers such as the one held yesterday in 'Ewa Beach.

The program is sponsored by the 'Ewa Weed & Seed Initiative, the Hale Pono 'Ewa Beach Boys and Girls Club, Honolulu Police Department, 'Ewa Lions Club and other groups.

This is the first year the Wai'anae and 'Ewa efforts have been joined.

The Allstate Insurance Foundation donated $5,000 toward this year's campaign.
