Two women were talking and one said: "I just love to shop at that store. The salespeople are so friendly and nice. They give you the feeling they like you and are interested in you." Many people are starved for human affection and kindness. They are thankful even for little morsels of kindness. Not only salespeople but all of us ought to have friendly and kind words for everybody.
