Shoppers and spectators at the Hawaii Kai Towne Center will be treated to a "Festival of Lights" on Dec. 15 at the 11th Annual Christmas Boat Parade at the Hawaii Kai Marina.

Ka Hale I o Kahala Halau Hula will open the event at 4:30 p.m., followed by music from local artist Sean Na'auao. A parade of 30 decorated boats will float down the marina past the judges' table starting at dusk.
