“Dane Cook Vicious Circle,” 6 p.m., HBO. The language may not be suitable for children, but this is a pretty nicely done show about modern life.

TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE

"Dane Cook Vicious Circle," 6 p.m., HBO. Dane Cook is a hip-looking young guy with a knack for making ordinary life seem terribly funny. Watch him discuss lying or crying or going to the movie. Modern (R-rated) language and attitudes wrap around clever storytelling.

OF NOTE

"The Closer," 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., TNT. This well-made show replays its entire season. There are 12 reruns and then, at 6 p.m., the season finale, directed by Kevin Bacon, husband of star Kyra Sedgwick. Brenda (Sedgwick) works with her boyfriend (Jon Tenney), after an attempted hit on the witness in a Mob trial.

"Saved," 7 p.m., TNT. In the season finale, Wyatt's makeshift life is in transition. The company he works for is being sold and the ex-girlfriend he likes has a job offer on the other side of the country.

"Prison Break," 7 p.m., Fox. Last week, Michael and Linc barely eluded the cops but without their car. That's trouble because their new IDs are in that car. Meanwhile, two of the other escapees are trying to reach their significant others.

"Two and a Half Men," 7 and 8 p.m., CBS. The first rerun has Camryn Manheim as Berta's daft sister, catering a party. The second has Mia return for a dance concert.

"Relative Chaos," 8 p.m., ABC Family. Terry Bradshaw plays an intense dad who gave his kids rhyming names — Dil, Gil and Lil — and an annual competition. Now that they are adults, the competition resumes. Charisma Carpenter and Nicholas Brendon, both of "Buffy" fame, co-star.

"Michael J. Fox, The E True Hollywood Story," 8 p.m., E. This documentary follows Michael J. Fox from his "Family Ties" success to his long struggle with Parkinson's disease.
