Punahou topples Iolani in ILH, 3-2

Jeeter Ishida scattered seven hits in a complete-game performance and Paul Snieder drove in two runs as Punahou beat Iolani, 3-2, in the Interscholastic League of Honolulu tournament last night at Aloha Stadium.
The Buffanblu, the regular-season champions, improved to 2-0 in the double-elimination tournament and advanced to the title game Monday at 6:30 p.m. at Aloha Stadium.
Punahou is 13-2 overall; Iolani is 12-4.
