PETER ALAN MILLER, 32, of Kailua, died March 8, 2006. He was a pilot for Hawai'i Air Ambulance, an avid surfer and member of Hope Chapel Kane'ohe Bay. Survived by brothers, Michael and Tony; parents, Barbara and Emmett; sister-in-law, Jennifer; and nephew, Evan. Paddle-out memorial 3 p.m. Tuesday at Kailua Boat Ramp; scattering of ashes 4 p.m. Celebration of life 7 p.m. Wednesday at Hope Chapel Kane'ohe Bay.
