A man armed with a knife robbed the Kane'ohe branch of Central Pacific Bank yesterday afternoon.

Police said the man entered the bank at about 4:10 p.m., showed a knife and gave a teller a note demanding money. The teller handed over an undisclosed amount of cash and the robber ran away.

Police did not have a description of the suspect last night.
