Contrasts constitute 'Miracles'

The works of Rosalinda Kolb and Harinani Orme have nothing in common when it comes to scale, content and form. But juxtaposed in the show "Miracles and Malcontent," now on view at the Koa Gallery at Kapi'olani Community College, the two women's pieces complement each other.
Orme's small intimate images using familiar Island icons are the colorful counterpoint to Kolb's brooding psychological explorations of her "wounds and addictions."
"Miracles and Malcontent" is on view through Friday.
