LIHU'E, Kaua'i — Police said they believe a 27-year-old woman whose body was found in a parked car in the 'Ele'ele Nani subdivision Wednesday was killed.
A man has been arrested, but no one has been charged.
Neither the victim nor the man in custody was identified.
Authorities said they received a call from neighbors, who reported an unresponsive woman in her parked car at a home in 'Ele'ele. Officers found the woman dead, and preliminary autopsy results suggest foul play.
