DAVID KALAHIKIOLA KINOLAU JR., 66, of Hau'ula, died Oct. 3, 2005. Born in Honolulu. A U.S. Air Force veteran, O.I.A. referee, District Coordinator V for Oahu Civil Defense and retired U.S. Postal Service worker. Survived by sisters, Emmarose Fredericks, Maximillienne Thornton and Kamaile Kinolau; nieces and nephews.
