Supernanny's top tip for holidays: Sleep
By Julie Hinds

Jo Frost, star of the ABC reality show "Supernanny," wants to ease the stress of the holidays.
She's teamed with Pampers and the National Sleep Foundation to offer tips to parents:
Sleep. It's important to stick to bedtime routines as much as possible, even if you're throwing a party or spending the night with relatives.
"Make sleep a priority, so everybody is able to maintain the enthusiasm," she says.
Snacks. All things in moderation. Remember, "just because we, as adults, allow ourselves to indulge, it doesn't mean that we have to be irresponsible and overindulge our children," advises Frost.
Find meaning. To teach kids, "parents need to set the example," says Frost. The children will learn by watching you make resolutions and stick to them.
Discipline. Be consistent. Frost isn't keen on warning kids to behave; consistent action is best, she says.
