Skiing: Loitzl wins 2nd straight Four Hills event

INNSBRUCK, Austria — Wolfgang Loitzl of Austria won the third leg of the Four Hills ski jumping tournament Sunday and took the lead in the event standings.
Loitzl captured his second Four Hills event with jumps of 126.5 and 128.5 meters. He defeated fellow Austrian Gregor Schlierenzauer by 0.7 points.
Martin Schmitt of Germany led after the opening round but finished third. Loitzl also overtook Simon Ammann of Switzerland, who finished eighth.
Loitzl leads the Four Hills standings with 822.5 points, followed by Ammann with 806.7.
