Big Island police traffic investigators have identified a Kailua, Kona, man who died Tuesday, Feb. 3, from injuries he sustained in a motor vehicle/moped crash on Alii Drive fronting Magic Sands Beach.

The victim was identified as 34-year-old Jason Snell of Kailua, Kona. His age was mistakenly reported as 20 in an earlier story.
