As of yesterday, 127,554 people in Hawai'i had received the vaccine for H1N1 flu, the state Health Department reported.
Nearly 55,000 doses, about 43 percent of the vaccine distributed in Hawai'i, have been given to people in the high priority 5- to 18-year-old age group.
Young adults age 19 to 25 continue to lag behind other age groups, with only 4,668 getting vaccinated (3.66 percent).
Some 523,300 H1N1 vaccine doses have been allocated to Hawai'i, with 77,460 set aside for school clinics.
School clinics have been on hiatus since Dec. 18 for winter break but will resume on Jan. 5. To date, 284 schools have completed their clinics, providing 48,304 students with vaccinations.
