CFB: Ingram, McClain lead 6 Alabama AP All-Americans

NEW YORK No. 1 Alabama placed six players, including Heisman Trophy winner Mark Ingram, on The Associated Press All-America team.
No school had more players on the team announced Tuesday.
Ingram was a unanimous choice, as was linebacker Rolando McClain. Defensive tackle Terrence Cody was selected for the second consecutive season. Cornerback Javier Arenas, guard Michael Johnson and kicker Leigh Tiffin were also first-teamers.
Stanford running back Toby Gerhart, the Heisman runner-up, and Nebraska defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh (en-DOM-ah-ken Soo), fourth in Heisman vote, were unanimous selections. Texas Colt McCoy was the All-American quarterback.
The team was selected by a panel of 14 AP college football poll voters.
