Punahou routs 'Iolani, 19-6

Tyler Hanzawa batted 2 for 4 with a homer and six RBIs, and Jeremy Ioane went 2 for 2 with a homer, four runs scored and three RBIs as visiting Punahou beat 'Iolani, 19-6, yesterday in the Interscholastic League of Honolulu tournament.
Punahou's Michael Suiter homered, scored two runs and drove in three, while Brian Suite scored three runs. Alaka'i Aglipay drove in two runs and scored twice, and Kainoa Crowell also scored twice.
Marcus Yoshii picked up the victory.
Punahou improved to 10-6; 'Iolani dropped to 14-3.

Jacob Meyer hit a two-run homer to left in the bottom of the seventh inning as the Warriors beat the Owls at Ala Wai field.
Josh Wong also homered for Kamehameha, and Bryson Kenolio and Chris Pascual combined on a six-hitter.
