Scattered windward showers in forecast

Today expect sunny skies with scattered windward showers, according to the National Weather Service in Honolulu.

High temperatures are expected to be around 83 degrees with winds out of the east at 10 to 20 mph.

Skies will be mostly clear tonight, with scattered windward showers. Low temperatures will be around 63 degrees with winds out of the northeast at 10 to 15 mph.

Here is how the rest of the weekend is shaping up:

Saturday through Monday, expect breezy conditions. Skies will be mostly clear in leeward areas and partly cloud with scattered showers in windward and mountain areas. High temperatures will be from 81 to 86 degrees and low temperatures will be from 68 to 73 degrees. Trade winds will be 15 to 25 mph.

On Tuesday, expect mostly clear leeward skies. Partly cloudy with scattered showers in windward and mountain locations. High temperatures will be from 80 to 85 degrees and low temperatures will be from 68 to 73 degrees. Trade winds will be 15 to 25 mph.
