Honolulu police today are looking for a man who has not been seen since Feb. 29.

Thomas Jeffrey moved to Hawai'i from Canada a year ago but has no permanent local address, police said. He is a frequent visitor to all O'ahu beaches. Police said Jeffrey was emotionally distraught and depressed when last seen.

Jeffrey stands 6 feet tall and weighs about 200 pounds.
