University of Hawai'i officials today released the full list of the more than 550 people who attended the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans at state expense.
The list included the names of 45 people that the university previously withheld from the public due to concerns raised by the public-employees union, the Hawai'i Government Employees Association.
UH also provided the names of six staffers who were allowed to keep their names off the list if they reimbursed the school.
The release comes after The Advertiser sued the university on May 23, seeking a full list. UH officials released a redacted version of the list shortly after The Advertiser filed its lawsuit.
