The Hawai'i State Women's Stroke Play Championship will be July 29 to 31 at Mid-Pacific Country Club. All amateur women with a handicap index of 14.0 or less are eligible. Entries are available at www.hswga.org, by calling 262-2428 or e-mailing ordwayk001@hawaii.rr.com.
The State Women's Match Play Championship is Aug. 13 to 15 at Oahu Country Club. Amateur women with a handicap index of 14.9 or less are eligible.

CONTEST WINNER GETS TO PLAY WITH TADD
Aloha Petroleum is having a sweepstakes drawing promotion this month to select two winners to spend a day "inside-the-ropes" with Moanalua High School senior Tadd Fujikawa. The winners will golf and have lunch with Fujikawa.
Aloha Petroleum and Mid-Pacific Country Club will host the outing Aug. 10. Aloha Petroleum, The Honolulu Advertiser, Salem Media and KITV Channel 4 are collaborating to help promote the month-long "Hang with Tadd" Sweepstakes.
