Police are asking for the public's help in finding a 41-year-old North Shore woman who has been missing since last week.

Karen Schmittler was last seen on Feb. 1 at 9 a.m. at her North Shore home. She was last seen by friends and has not been heard from since.

Schmittler is described as 5 feet 5 and 140 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing blue denim shorts and a yellow shirt.
