Advertiser Staff

Marine Corps Base Hawaii — A wreath-laying ceremony was held at 8 a.m. today at the Kaneohe Klipper Memorial to mark the 67th anniversary of the Dec. 7 attack on Pearl Harbor, which included an attack on the military base in Kane'ohe.

Today's ceremony honored the 18 sailors and one civilian contractor who died during the Dec. 7, 1941, attack on what was then known as the Naval Air Station, Kaneohe Bay.

Marine Corps officials and survivors of the attack were on hand for this morning's ceremony.
