CB Richard Ellis has added Carol VanCamp and Michael Oh to its Big Island commercial real estate service team.

VanCamp, a brokerage services associate, will serve the Big Island's retail, office and industrial real estate needs from the firm's Hilo office. She is the former general manager of General Growth Properties at Prince Kuhio Plaza Shopping Center.

Oh has been appointed general manager of The Shops at Mauna Lani on the Kohala Coast. He has professional experience in hospitality management with the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco.

Greg Wood has been promoted to general manager (O'ahu properties) for MW Group Ltd., a commercial real estate development firm. Wood is now responsible for the management and leasing of all properties in the firm's O'ahu portfolio.

Central Pacific HomeLoans has announced the hiring of David Quandt as executive vice president. Quandt has more than 12 years of experience in mortgage banking. Prior to joining the firm, he was regional vice president at Charter Funding and First Magnus Hawaii.
