Line dancing program for seniors set for Dec. 10

"Christmas Cheer @ Pearl City Public Library," a free line dancing program for seniors, is scheduled for 5 p.m. Dec. 10 in the adult reading area.

Learn how to line dance to the cha-cha/tango, electric slide, rhumba and waltz. Conducting the program will be Estrelita Alconcel, line dance instructor of the St. Elizabeth Filipino Catholic Club.

Registration is requested; call the library as soon as possible to sign up, or if a sign language interpreter or other special accommodation is needed.

This 90-minute program is the fourth in a series of outreach programs targeting seniors that are designed to promote the variety of free services offered by public libraries.
