Powwow set for Wailoa park

The second annual Hilo Inter-Tribal Powwow with Native American music, dance, storytelling and food will be at Wailoa River Park Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
Activities will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
Guests include the Eagle Song Dancers from British Columbia, and the Wapato Indian Club from Washington state. There will be traditional dancing and drumming exhibitions by participants from across the United States and Canada, and children will be treated to storytelling and craft activities.
