The Mililani Public Library is seeking volunteers entering the ninth grade or higher to help with its summer reading program.

Applications and more information are available at the library's information desk.

Summer reading program registration, for pre-schoolers through 2007 graduates, begins June 4. Weekly incentives for those who read at least one new book a week between June 12 and July 14 include snacks and school supplies. Participants are also entered in a statewide drawing for prizes, which include a $1,000 Pearlridge shopping spree for teens and bookstore gift cards for children.
