Well-known photographer Kim Taylor Reece is accepting art and photo submissions for a new gallery in Chinatown.

The grand opening for the gallery at 1142 Bethel St. is set for 5 to 8 p.m. March 27. Reece also has a gallery in Hau'ula.

"The country gallery is a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of Hau'ula and put my collections together," Reece said. "With this art gallery, I want to share my new work and bring attention to other artists of Hawai'i." Reece said he already has several Hawai'i artists lined up for his opening.
