Maybe you missed the Dalai Lama's appearances on Maui this week, but you can still catch a cinematic glimpse of the spiritual leader at the screenings of "10 Questions for the Dalai Lama" (2006, 85 minutes), 7 p.m. today and 3 p.m. tomorrow at the University of Hawai'i-Manoa's Spalding Auditorium.

Filmmaker Rick Ray visited the Dalai Lama's monastery in Dharamsala, India; his "Questions" has elements of biography, philosophy, politics and adventure.

The screenings, a Hawai'i premiere, are part of the ongoing UH Cinema Series. Admission is $10. 223-0130.
