'OKLAHOMA!' OK!

The evergreen "Oklahoma!" — the story of the love of farm girl Laurey and cowboy Curley, with lots of hit songs along the way — continues on the Paliku Theatre stage. Advertiser theater critic Joseph T. Rozmiarek had this to say: "The 60-year-old Rogers and Hammerstein musical is filled with wonderful songs and dances that portray the conflict between farmers and cowboys through a bright golden haze. Clear, focused performances and a naive simplicity make the show a winner all over again."

7:30 p.m. Fridays-Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays, through Nov. 19 (no show Nov. 17) / Paliku Theatre, Windward Community College / $26 general; $22 military, UH faculty and staff and those 62 and older; $18 students and those 4 to 18; $21 each for groups of 10 or more / 235-7310
