TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE

"Amazing Race" finale, 7 p.m., CBS. It's time for the final dash toward a million-dollar prize. After traveling 61,000 miles, three wildly different duos compete.

"American Masters: The World of Nat King Cole," 9 p.m., PBS. Nat Cole was a piano player in a jazz trio when he was urged to try singing. What emerged was a voice that dominated the pre-rock era.

"Alias," 7 p.m., ABC. Vaughn finally gets to see his baby daughter. Meanwhile, her mom (Sydney) is working undercover with Sark.

"American Idol," 8 p.m., Fox. Tonight, we learn who will be the final two.

"Lost," 8 p.m., ABC. So far, the other islanders don't realize it was Michael who shot and killed Libby and Ana Lucia. That could change quickly. Meanwhile, Michael gathers Jack and others in a daring attempt to rescue Walt. Also, Charlie worries about Mr. Eko's decision to stop building his church.

"CSI: NY," 9 p.m., CBS. A bomb goes off during an investigation. Soon, Mac is recalling a bomb incident from 1983 in Beirut. Meanwhile, his people scramble to discover other bombs.

"Law & Order," 9 p.m., NBC. Home invaders got badges from a corrupt Drug Enforcement Agency official in this 16th season finale. Now McCoy risks his career to use that man as bait in luring the crooks.

"Invasion," 9 p.m., ABC. Last week's episode ended hauntingly. As Hurricane Miranda swirled, most of the townspeople had been herded into a large warehouse. They stared in awe, as lights fell from the sky. Russell has been captured, but Underlay remains free, scrambling for some way to help his wife and others.

"American Masters: Ray Charles: The Genius of Soul," 10 p.m., PBS. Ray Charles is profiled.
