QUICK BITES
'Wild' menu returns for Mom's Day

Advertiser Staff

People still miss Sean Priester's Wild Mushroom Sunday brunches and supper at the Richards Street YWCA.

If you were a fan, now's your chance for a Proustian moment: Priester, now executive chef at the Top of Waikiki, revisits some "Wild" entrees for a Mother's Day Brunch at the revolving restaurant. On the menu: mushroom-and-Swiss cheese quiche, smoked salmon Benedict, scallop-prawn-and-bacon frittata, and his unforgettable mango creme brulee. Moms receive a $20 gift certificate. Mother's Day Brunch: 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., May 14, at Top of Waikiki, Waikiki Business Plaza. Reservations required: 923-3877.
