TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE

"Ghost Whisperer," 7 p.m., CBS. Thirty years ago, a man was the victim of racism. Now his ghost wants revenge on the judge. Melinda would rather end the bitterness that has marked the dead man's son and grandson.

OF NOTE

"Hannah Montana," 7 p.m., Disney Channel. Last Friday, this series premiered after a movie. Now it settles into its regular spot. Miley Cyrus plays a seemingly regular teen who is secretly a pop star; Billy Ray Cyrus plays her dad, which he is in real life.

"The Bernie Mac Show," 7 and 7:30 p.m., Fox. In the first episode, Anthony Anderson returns as Bryana's dad, trying to convince Bernie that he can keep an eye on the kids. In the second, Vanessa has two guys asking her to the prom.

"Numb3rs," 9 p.m., CBS. Charlie's former girlfriend is back in town, on a book tour. Meanwhile, an Iraqi woman has been killed before she can appear in a documentary.

"Conviction," 9 p.m., NBC. Jordan resists a direct order to settle a case.

"L.A. Forensics" debut, 9:30 p.m., Court TV. In the opener, people probe the death of a makeup person. In another case, a pipe bomb has been discovered.
