Another weekend, another parade through Waikiki. This time, it's the gay, bi, trans communities' turn to celebrate: the Pride parade begins at 9:30 a.m. today from Ala Moana Beach Park (Magic Island parking area), along Kalakaua Avenue, to Kapi'olani Park.

After the parade, the Pride Festival at Ala Moana Beach Park's McCoy Pavilion features community groups, food and drinks and entertainment by Guy Cruz, Manoa Valley Theatre's "Pageant" cast, Giinko Marischino, dance diva Pepper MaShay and many more. All are welcome.
